She spends quality time in her sessions and then follows up in writing with very specific feedback. In some cases, she is asked to communicate back to the pet owner on behalf of the pet. Our animals communicate well and yet differently than us. Stephanie is able to bridge the communication gap in an empathetic, loving way.
